What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, selected topic, and message. Your email is used so a reply can be sent to you.

English, Clearly. does not require an account and, by default, does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The contact form collects only what is needed to receive and reply to your message.
Spam protection
The server temporarily uses your IP address for rate limiting. The contact system keeps only recent timestamps for this purpose and does not put the IP address into the message email.
Email delivery
Messages are delivered through the site's configured email provider. The site owner may retain correspondence in that mailbox in order to reply or keep a record of the conversation.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may keep normal technical server logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and error logs. Their retention depends on the hosting provider.
Cookies
The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie for security. The site's text-size preference is stored locally in your browser. No advertising cookie is required by the site itself.
Your message
If you want a previous message deleted from the site's correspondence records, use the contact form and ask for deletion, identifying the email address used in the original message.
